Delivery


Q: How long does it take to ship my order?

A: All our orders are shipped with UK standard delivery. Delivery time may take between 5 and 7 working days for your order to arrive.

Q: Do you ship outside of the UK?
A: Unfortunately, we are only able to ship within the UK at this time.
Cancelling an order


Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email brooke@ewesful.co.uk immediately after your order is placed. We will do our very best to issue a refund.
If, however the order has already been shipped, then a return can be arranged once your products have arrived.


Returns


Q: Can I return my purchase?
A: You’ve got 28 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at brooke@ewesful.co.uk with the reason for your return and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
A: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at brooke@ewesful.co.uk.


Q: Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?
A: Unfortunately, we don't offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) following the instructions outlined above and place a second order for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we've received your unwanted items.
 
Gifting


Q: Can I purchase an item as a gift?
A: Absolutely! If you wish to send a gift direct to a recipient then ensure the recipient’s address is the shipping address when you place your order. Please email brooke@ewesful.co.uk along with your order number immediately after your purchase and we will remove any purchase information from the package. We can also add a gift note if you wish.
