Reducing waste

• At Ewesful we strive to be a sustainable small business. Every business will produce different amounts of waste, no matter their industry or company size. What matters is how they go about reducing what they produce, whether that’s cardboard, plastic, or even electrical items. We aim to re-use or recycle our paper and packaging supplies in an effort to maximise their use.

 
Products

• Ewesful products are designed with longevity in mind. We hope that these helpful items and gifts can be used time and time again.

 
Packaging

• We use eco-mailer bags to ship selected items from the website. These are produced from sugar cane, which is a fully recyclable 50-micron material, making it an improved environmental solution. The bags contain the same properties as standard polythene meaning no compromise on the strength or quality

• Our thank you cards in every order are made from 350gsm recycled paper, which can also be recycled after use.

 Supporting local businesses

• Here at Ewesful we love to support small and local businesses. Our slate coasters are designed in house and then engraved by a local maker based less than 10 miles away.

• In addition to this our products featuring embroidery are also developed by a local company in North East Derbyshire.

 
How can you help?

• We ask that you re-use or recycle your packaging if possible to extend the life of the materials.

• Once our products have served you well and if you should no longer need them, we ask that you may consider re-gifting or donating to charity to also lengthen the product lifespan further in years to come.
